Analysis of the pectin extraction process at recycling of secondary material resources

The object of research is the secondary material resources processing plant and animal raw materials, namely fruit pomace milk whey. One most problematic areas that waste these industries has high rates biological chemical oxygen consumption wastewater, which significantly impairs operation local city treatment facilities. In addition, parameters extraction determination quality indicators obtained product are not well defined. whey crops can reduce environmental burden on environment increase efficiency technological processes through resource conservation obtaining a surplus product. problem solved, in particular, by using process extracting energy-saving membrane concentration. course study, let’s use pectin-containing from juice production, watermelon, pumpkin, quince, beetroot, apple mixture orange tangerine pomace. results indicate with promising, since highest pectin content extract established for main amount substances passes into starting 75 minutes to 90 minutes. Extraction-hydrolysis 2 hours at temperature 85 °C, pH=2–2.5 units determines best results. Ultrafiltration makes it possible up 3.0 % protein more than 6.0 %. membranes used experiment characterized selectivity pectin. fact diafiltration effectively purify whey-pectin concentrates ballast impurities simultaneous enrichment concentrate high-molecular components A scheme production pectin-whey organoleptic detoxification characteristics proposed. proposed number positive features, substances, value indicators, significant reduction environment, economic benefits energy
